Returns Policy
Returns: No question no problem returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Please contact us to receive your "Return Authorization Number" and the correct return address. Returns must include all original parts or hardware and be in the same condition as when shipped new and unused. The item must be adequately packed with original packing material and insured before returning. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Clearance items, special orders and customized products are non-refundable.
Damaged merchandise will be replaced at no cost to you the buyer, as long as we are notified within three business days after the merchandise has been received. Please inspect your purchase upon arrival to insure it has arrived in good condition.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We routinely ship to the continental United States. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping cost at checkout. In stock items are generally shipped out to you within three business days. Special delivery requests and shipping to areas outside the U.S are handled individually, please contact us for cost. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer and are subject to shipping times based on the individual manufacturer.
